Arrive in Big Sky, Montana on Monday, March 3rd to receive your lodging assignments at the Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, a luxurious resort with incredible mountain view.
Then prepare for two days of skiing with Opex Board Member and Olympic skier Bode Miller, insightful sessions with NFL Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh, breakout discussions, and engaging guest speakers. Each day after skiing, warm up by the fire then head out for a fun evening of networking over dinner.

What to Expect
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed and assisted in settling into their accommodations. Following this, personalized ski fittings will be conducted at Spanish Peaks. While guests are required to bring their own appropriate skiing apparel, Opex Technologies will provide all necessary ski equipment, as well as dining and entertainment throughout the event.

Which airport should I fly to? And what time do I need to arrive?
Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). Every attendant is responsible for their own flights to and from the Bozeman airport. Arrival time requirement and specific transportation details to come.
How do I get to Spanish Peaks from the airport?

Do I need to bring my own skis?
Opex will provide helmets, skis and poles, but guests are more than welcome to bring their own equipment. Please notify Shelby if you plan to bring your own gear.
What else should I pack?
The only thing you need to pack is warm clothes and ski apparel. Opex will provide equipment and all meals.
